Letter to friend to inform about your job resignation and joining a new job

Hi,
I hope this letter finds you in a radiant Spirit and pink health .I am confident that you will be pleased to know about my resignation to the former work field. You are already aware ,since the time I joined there I had been struggling a lot and also faced hurdles, however I am satisfied with the new job.
At my workplace, I suffered a lot because of involvement of my colleagues in my work. Because of their absence I had to work over hours to accomplish the targets before deadline. Besides that office is far away from my accommodation and I found no public transportation late in the evenings.
But the work now with I am indulging in is quite interesting and untouched from all the hurdles which I confronted earlier. I signed as a manager at spark field restaurant for which you are aware of. I am eagerly waiting to meet you soon.
