Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in regards to complain you about the poor bus service of your company in our area. I am living in Robertson suburb and daily travelling in an express bus(P55) to the city for my work early morning.
You are providing excellent service most of the time. However, since past two weeks many of us are facing reliability issues and frequent breakdowns in the middle of the road with your bus. This causes inconvenience to many people for day to day activities. In my case, it has severely affected my timings at office.
I would suggest you to review your time logs to help us getting bus on time. Moreover, I would also urge you to arrange new buses for the backup as the buses which are currently in service are very old and requires high maintenance. Additionally, your company has a monopoly in this route, investing in new bus will undoubtedly generate more revenue for your company and also new bus will resolve the issues we are currently facing.
