Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to the bus service on route 22 or the lack of it. The residents of our community at Silicon Oasis Garden are facing issues with the bus service for the past 1 month. While working people are not able to reach their office on time, children are getting punishment at school for regular late attendance.
Let me explain the situation in detail. The problem started when the new driver joined this route 1 month ago. The earlier driver was quite punctual and almost never missed a day. But this driver is late most of the time. Although he comes early sometimes, he leaves before the scheduled time. Also, when people complained to him regarding this, he showed rude behavior.
In conclusion, the current driver is highly unreliable and I would really appreciate it if you could change the driver for our bus. We do not really care about the behavior of the driver until he comes on time regularly. Hoping for a positive response from your end.
