Dear Mr. Samuel,
I Harbani Bhamra, your new tenant, am so glad to finally rent an apartment with my family here in Toronto! As per our contract, we moved in yesterday and I am very happy with the place.
I am writing to you mainly to inform you about the damaged furniture in my apartment. The flat is no doubt, spick and span. Although, the furniture is not in an appropriate shape which is very disappointing. The couch in the living room is very old and sinks in when one sits on it. The dining table has four chairs out of which one is missing a leg and the other has a broken handle. The mirrir of the cupboard in the master bedroom has a huge crack across itself and lastly, the bed in the kids bedroom is too fragile.
I would request you to plase look into this matter at the earliest as we had agreed to pay for a well furnished flat. I would request you to either get the furniture exchanged at the earliest or we can discuss another price for the apartment. Do let me know what is best so that I can do some arrangements as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Harbani Kaur Bhamra
