My name is Omoshola Owolabi, a Mathematics major in the University of Lagos. I want to rent out a spare room in my apartment and I need your help regarding this.
As per the university policy, notification of apartments for rent to students must be sent to the director of accommodation in the institution. My apartment is on the 7th floor of the Ark Towers in 15 Brookes street, centennial avenue, Lagos.
I rented this apartment because of its awesome features, which makes studying very conducive and enjoyable. the apartment has a lift, WIFI connection, water heating facilities, and electric cooking gas. Also, it has
a balcony overlooking the Lagos city's skyline, alongside an exquisite toilet and bathroom solely for the room.
I am concerned about who will rent the room as it has a lengthy tenancy agreement, which suitable person must be willing to abide by. I like to sublet the room to a co-student, who majors in Engineering. The occupant must be very serious with studies and must be willing to pay 2 months’ advance payment.
I am really looking forward to getting help to rent out this room to a suitable student from our university.
