You recently used a taxi and left some important documents there. Write a letter to the taxi manager and say:

-Describe what you left and where it happend.

-Why are these papers important?

-What would you like the manager to do about it?

Dear Sir,

This is Johnny and I used your one of Orange cab services, yesterday evening. However, after leaving the car I realised that I lost some important official documents. I have tried to contact your driver immediately but as he was already busy in dropping some other costumer and implied his incapability to deliver them to me. Please understand that those papers are very important to me as it contains all information about newly designed security Application. I am afraid without those documents i might lose my job. The driver who picked me from my office is Derry and his ID no as reflected in the message is DRY13.

Hence, I request you to kindly retrieve those documents to me by end of the day. For your recognisation the documents are placed in red coloured zip opening file which might be fallen down in back seat. Once you have those papers, kindly meet me near cafe which is near by railway station. I hope there is no need for police complaint as I believe you will arrange for safe return of the file. Let me know if I need to raise any special request on your website for lost or left items in your cab. Mail me if you need any further details for receiving the documents like identification card.
