Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that the house in which we are living has many problems. Myself and two other students are sharing this house. We are facing electricity issues for the past few days.
We often experience power fluctuations in our house mostly at night. We go to the college during the day and study at night. Since we have exams on coming week, the frequent fluctuations disturbs our studies a lot. We tried to find an electrician to fix the problem but could not do so. Likewise, there is another problem to fix such as water leakage. We would request you to resolve the problems at the earliest.
Moreover, the house has four bedrooms and only three of us are living in it. The rent is also very high and if another person accommodates, we could share the rent which would helps us to save some money.
