I am writing to inform you about a problem that I have recently encountered with my laptop.
I own a Dell inspiron 1525 laptop under your company warranty which will expire next month. Three days ago, when I was working with the laptop, I noticed that it did not work properly and after that it turned off. I tried to fix it myself but I it did not turn on. So I decided to call to your shop and your customer service agent said he will call me back 1 hour later. However, now it is been 2 days and no one called and when I called no one take the responsibility for this problem.
I also should mention that as an independent computer programmer, this laptop is a vital piece of equipment for me and I need it for delivering my drastically important assessed data about a contract with an important client before next weekend.
I would be grateful if you send you technicians to check and repair my device as soon as possible and also I would like you to notify me about the schedule of this process by email.
