My name is Jitender Singh and I bought a laptop from you shop last month. The invoice number for that purchase is 123456. Now I am facing the problem with its battery as backup last for very less time. When I charged my laptop fully it last only two hours..
I am an accountant by profession and I have to do a lot of tax work right now as financial year about to end. I have to meet the deadline but due to battery backup problem which facing right now is hampering my work. My clients will have to huge amount of money as penalty if tax work will not be completed before the due date. I cannot afford to lose my clients money.
So my request to you is that, kindly send technical engineer to have a look the battery backup problem at my place. It will be great help if he can carry a stand by battery so that my work will not hamper.
Looking forward to have engineer at my place at the earliest.
