Dear Sir ∕ Miss,
I am writing this letter to you to tell you that I have received your complain and I apologies about the disturbance that I have caused you. I would like to explain to you the cause of such noise. We have just found out that there are some leakages in the house water circuit which requires some repairs urgently. Demolishing is required in certain areas of the walls and floors of the house to reach and change the unwanted water tubes. The deal which was made with the plumper in charge of the repair is that, noisy work should last for another two days only after words, No noise will be heard while completing the work. Please accept my appreciation and thanks for your understanding of the situation. Accordingly, I promise to finish within promised schedule. There are some actions I will take, regarding to the working period that may result in shorten it for example: I will order for more workers to work in parallel, in addition to keep the demolishing work with in day time only.
