Essay topics:

Crimes committed by young people are increasing in major cities throughout the world. Discuss the causes and how to solve this problem.

It is true that the number of youngsters who commit crimes around the world is rising, especially in urban areas. While the root of this tendency could be lack of education among the underprivileged, governments could take several steps to tackle this problem.
To begin with, the ones from the lower social-economic level might be prevented from a decent education. That is because their families are uncapable of paying for their tuition fees, as well as unable to purchase uniforms or books for their study. Vietnamese students in rural sites, for instance, often only finish grade 9 before joining the workforce, and their jobs usually require physical strength rather than intelligence, which lazy ones would avoid and resort to short-cut to earn a living. Young generations lack of academic knowledge as a result would create a low-quality workforce, combined with higher crime grade, would have an adverse bearing on the economy of the world.
However, governments bodies could take measures to solve the mentioned problem. The first one could be allocating resources to provide scholarships for youngsters from poor areas. This would give them incentives to attend classes that equip them with useful knowledge, which then enhance the quality of the future workforce. Another solution is funding social projects that hold cost-free classes. If children are offer free lessons, they will have more motivations to study without worrying about the financial burden on their families.
In conclusion, while lack of education could lead to a higher rate of crimes among young people, national and local authorities could solve this problem by funding educational projects and providing scholarships for underprivilege children.
