7 steps included in the process by which the bricks are manufactured are illustrated clearly in the flowchart above.
First of all, the raw material, clay, are collected by digger from the area where there are rich resources of clay. Then the raw material are further processed by a metal grid and a roller. After that, added by sand and water, a mixture is made and then it is either put in a mould or in a wire cutter to become brick-shaped pieces.
The next step is putting the shaped bricks into a drying oven. After 24-48 hours, they will be kept in a moderate temperature of 200℃-980℃. Subsequently, they will be transferred into a high temperature with 870-1300 centigrade. Following is a cooling chamber, where the bricks will be cooled down and become hard.
In the end, 48-72 hours later, the bricks get packaged and delivered to the final destination.
