The graph below shows the average growth in domestic products in weathy countries, countries that have adopted a global approach to business and countries that have not.
The bar graph illustrates the average GDP for the three types of countries over a period of 30 years.
In general terms, there was a fluctuation in the proportion of GDP per decade.
It is clear from the bar chart show that in the 1960s, the figures for the wealthy countries accounted highest percentage about 5%. This figure is double that of the non-global countries and three times that of the globalisers countries. Nevertheless, this trend had changed significantly, the percentage of the globalisers's annual GDP doubled nearly 2,9% in the 1920s and there was also increase in the GDP of the non-global countries ( about 3,2%) while the wealthy countries fell considerably ( around 2,9%).
In the 1980s and 1990s, the trend for the wealthy countries continued falling to a low point about 2% at the end of this period. However, the figures for the globalisers increased dramatically to reached a peak at approximately 5% in the 1990s. In constract, the GDP percentage of the non-globalisers fell significantly in 1980s and only rose slightly in 1990s to about 1,4%.
