Dear sir or madam,
My name is Chris Wong, I have a valid travel insurance policy with your company. My policy number is XXXX78456. During my recent travel to Sydney Australia on 31/04/2017 to 04/05/2017, I have lost my luggage. My luggage was a red Samsonite suitcase with number lock that has my educational certificates, clothes and a wallet with cash of 2000USD.
While waiting for my return flight in Sydney airport airline lounge with my luggage, I went to restroom. When I came back and looking for my suitcase, I could not find it. I immediately raised a complaint to the airline lounge manager about my lost. The lounge manager was very helpful and did a thorough search on the premises. However, we unable to find my suitcase. The lounge manager was humble and apologetic for my loss and has given a letter to the insurance company and the complaint copy which I have attached with this letter.
It is disappointing that is lost my luggage within the airlines lounge and I would like to claim the insurance coverage for the same. The value of my suitcase including the cash and value of the things inside would be approximately around 500USD. I request you to go through the documents attached and provide the approval for my insurance claim. Please let me know if you need any further details required on this insurance claim
Yours faithfully
Chris Wong
