Dear Tom
I have received you letter today first of all I am very thankful to you for raising your concern In a so humble way. Yesterday my brother younger brother get graduation degree from in university on the precious occasion his friend gather in my flat. We have a plan to serve them with drink and tradition foods of our home town but the gathering convert into songs party which create noise and caused of disturbance for our neighbor’s. We decided that next time we will arrange this type of function in some bars or out of residence area where no one get disturb with noise.
I am really sorry for our act which disturb your peace. You will not bear this type of disturbance from our side.
