The graph below shows the number of tourists visiting a particular Caribbean island between 2010 and 2017 Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant
The graph illustrates the volume of tourists, who had visited Caribbean Island from 2010 to 2017. The survey had made on the basis of visitors staying on cruise ships and island.
It is clearly shown in graph that tourists who want to stay on cruise ships is in upward trend and visitors who prefer staying on island is in downward trend. All over, the total number of tourist is in increasing trend. At the year 2010, visitors staying on cruise ship are 0.25 million, which is less then island. It increase in 2011 by 0.25 million. But in 2012 this trend goes on decreasing and again reach to near to 0.25 million as the year 2010. But after 2012, the trend of staying in cruise ship goes upward till 2017 without any fluctuation and reach at maximum point of around 2 million in 2017.
Secondly, at 2010 people love to stay on island with 0.75 million tourist which is very high than staying in cruise ship. In 2011, it remains constant and goes on increasing trend till 2013 and remains constant for next 2 years. After 2015, thereis slightly decrease in graph and 2017 it again goes upward at approximately 1.5 Million.
The total number of visitors starts with around 1 million in 2010 and going continuously in increasing trend except 2016 where it remains constant. In the year 2017, total number of tourist was about 3.5 million, which is highest point of total graph.
