Essay topics:

The charts show the spending of a school in 1981, 1991 and 2001 ( 5 lines, 3 năm)

The pie charts details changes in the money paid for five different categories of an educational institution over 2 decades. Looking from an overall perspective, the spending on other workers’ salaries and resources dropped, whereas these figures for the remaining sector grew.
Teachers’ salaries and insurance accounted for the highest and lowest percentage of budget spent in the first year, at 40% and 2%, respectively. After 10 years, the fraction of expenses used to pay for teaching staff rose by 10%, but then fell slightly to 45% in 2001. The figure for insurance, however, recorded a fourfold increase to 8% in the final year.
Furniture and equipment, and resources such as books started at the same levels of 15% but showed opposite trends afterward. The proportion of expenditure on the former decreased sharply and hitting its lowest point of 5% in 1991, which was followed by growth to under quarter in 10 years later. On the contrary, the latter’s figure leaped at 20% and then finished the whole period at just 9%.
Finally, there was a steady reduction from 28% to 15% in the segment of money spent on wages of other workers.
