The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The pie charts compare the results of a quétionnaire on the performance of the Parkway Hotel's customer service conducted by visitors in 2005 and 2010.
As can be seen from the pie charts, the satisfactory and good categories accounted for the biggest part in the pie in two-surveyed years, 2005 and 2010 respectively. Moreover, the rates on the hotel's service were more positive in general after 5 years.
In particular, nearly half of the visitors rated the customer service as satisfactory in 2005, followed by 21% of poor judgement. The percentages for very poor and good were quite equal, at 15% for the former and 14% for the latter. By contrast, only 5% of the visitors felt excellent with the hotel service.
However, in 2010, the number of good rates over tripled its 2005's figure, at 39%, which made it the biggest part of the pie. This increase was followed by an almost six-gold rise in the excellent’s figure at 28%. Interestingly, while the negative rates in 2005 made up over a third of the pie, they decreased sharply in 2010, accounting for only under a fifth.
