My name is Manjyot Kaur, a tenant residing at your Castleview flat at Brampton. Though it is a wonderful experience living in this locality, I would like to draw your attention to the furniture of the accommodation my family and I are using.
The outer profiles appears clean and neat but the interiors of the wardrobes we in a preposterous condition. The channels of drawers are very stiff. Also, the hinges of the shutter are weak. We are facing faint odour from these wardrobes and strongly believe that there is a high chance of termite attack. Currently these furniture are not in usable condition, hence we have kept most of our clothing apparel in the suitcases which is difficult to uses every now and then.
Therefore, I humbly request you to call for a carpenter who can visit our home premises anytime during the day. I would really appreciate if you could also look for pest control services with immediate effect as this odour get stronger day by day.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Looking forward to hearing from you
