Looking at the two maps, it is immediately obvious that in Japanese offices, there tends to be more shared space than American offices. Furthermore, the people in japanese have a traditional way to finish missions by teamwork instead of the individualism of American.
Perceptibly, the disposing layout is completely uncomplicated in Japan. With the open space, managers and staff have a chance to work together. By that way, the efficiency is pushed to the peak. There are two rows in the middle room with 24 chairs for employees. Although the Japanese office is a shared space, there is a small private area for managers to distinct hierarchy. Additionally, a huge window is occupied in the south of the room behind the department manager.
According to the American office map, the accommodation work of staffs as well as managers' acreage or furniture area are obviously disposed of. There are 3 rooms for manager in the east side and 8 tables and chairs for staff. One of the benefits of this office is a convenience and optimality that is represented in the west side.
