You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
Your local bookshop has invited members of the public to recommend a guest speaker for an upcoming event that will include a series of talks from well-known people.
Write an e-mail to the bookshop. In your e-mail:
• suggest a speaker
• say what they would contribute to the event
• explain why other people would be interested too
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your e-mail as follows:
Dear...,
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Super Bookshop team,
I am writing this e-mail to suggest to you a proper spokesperson who was awarded the first prize in the international competition for writing inspiring books. Besides, this person also had eight experienced years at speaking in front of the public. And that is James Smith.
During eight experienced years, he has had considerable achievements. First of all, this was his first publication when he was twenty years old. The name of it is " Keep doing what you are doing". After being published on the Internet and displayed in bookshops at the center of the city, this book sold out in the first five days. With this admirable accomplishment, Mr.Smith and his team will also give away unpublished books to audiences and the employees at the bookshops. Next, he will sincerely share about his life as well as what he experienced. One special part of his demonstration is he will listen to shares or opinions from the audiences and the other specialists since he claims that at his demonstrating part not only has contributory ideas from his side but also has from the other sides. And this gives rise to the iconic trait between him and the other speakers.
Apart from this, the most attractive thing about his demonstration is his humorous personality. This is the key factor that keeps the audience enjoying the atmosphere there.
I hope that you will read my e-mail and consider my suggestion.
Best regards,
Jessica Stewart.
