The given process demonstrates the different stages of how to extract olive oil the olive. It is clear from the picture that there are seven different steps from picking to the final sale.
To start with, olives are picked from the tree. After that fresh olives are cleaned in cold water and removed all trash and dust. Then all clean olives are kept on the belt that carry the olive to a smashing machine to smash the olive. After completed smashing, the stones of olive are removed through the the chamber and from another chamber olive paste come out. This paste are kept in a bag that has more holes to flow the air in the paste easily. In the fifth stage, this paste are pressed through thr pressing device to get the maximum amount of liquid from the paste. In last stage, water and oil are separated from the liquid olive juice and oil is storaged for sale.

Overall, it can be seen that the process of extracting oil from the fresh olive is very complex involving many steps and devices. It also time-consuming too.
