The given diagram indicates information about how used glass bottles are recycled.
The diagram illustrates a great information about the production of recycled bottles.
Overall, the progress involves 3 main steps beginning with used bottles collection and finishing with selling in supermarkets. In the first stage, at particular points, after saving a huge amount of bottles that customer made use of, these are shipped to a cleaning plant by trucks. To begin with the second stage, it is such a high pressure that water takes accounted for washing the bottles. Subsequently, they are divided into small groups based on their color namely green, brown or clear prior to transport to a glass factory. Afterwards, before being heated in a furnace and converted to liquid, the bottles are broken down into the number of pieces. Meanwhile, the combination between either the recycled or the new liquid glass leads to a new form of bottles in a mould.
At the end of the process, after filling and packaging, these bottles are delivered directly to supermarkets to be sold.
