The pie charts show the results of a survey conducted by a university on the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services.
The information about full-time and part-time students’ satisfaction in the service of university is shown in the 2 pie-charts which the first chart is related to an IT support and the second chart is about current servicing hours. The figures are given in percentages of each student types. Overall, it can be seen that most students in both types are very happy with the current opening hours. Moreover, most full-time students are also very pleased with IT support while most part-time students are unhappy with it.
To begin with the survey of happiness with IT support, the majority of full-time students are very pleased at IT support service which is accounted for just over a half. In contrast, there is only a fifth of part-time students who are very happy with this service. What is more, the proportion of full-time students with a fair please in this service is 31% which is similar to those of part-time students. In addition, full-time students who is dissatisfied with IT support service are only 15% while those of part-time students are higher by a three-folds.
Moving to the remaining chart, the full-time students with high satisfaction in servicing hours make up by far the highest proportion at 87%. Similarly, even though part-time students who is very happy with the hours issue are lower than those of full-time students by 15%, it is also by far the highest proportion among part-time students. The second highest in both student types is quite happy students which is 12% for full-time students as half as those of part-time students. Lastly, there are only 1% of full-time students who does not please with the opening hours and 5% for those of part- time students.
