Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to complain about the Roswell iron that I bought at XYZ Electronics Limited, which was supplied from Lekki branch to my house on Wilson street, Victoria Island, on the 15th of February.
Sadly, it developed some mechanical faults while I was pressing some garment. Instead of the typical 190°C temperature, it suddenly decreased to 20° C which is ineffective on fabrics. Worst, the steamer started malfunctioning, and therefore, was releasing liquid rather than vapour.
Due to these mechanical issues, I am unable to perform my laundry activities. Unfortunately, there is a continuous delay in the delivery of clothes to customers, as I am now pressing clothes with a low-quality iron. As a result, I am conflicting the standard operating procedure of the occupation, and my valued customers are becoming impatient. If these issues remain unresolved, I would lose my current customers.
In order to avoid this, I will suggest a solution. Since there is a 12-month warranty on the product, and the operational instructions were duly followed, I would like either the money to be refunded or the iron to be replaced. Unless you prefer we remedy the situation with the aid of the police, kindly grant this request as quickly as possible. All relevant documents have been mailed together with the iron.
