You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regards to the problem that I face with my laptop computer I bought from your company last week. I am a designer and I work at home and this laptop is the only device that I use to do my job because I use a software that has installed on the laptop. So, I need it to be fixed as soon as possible.
Turning to the problem, when I turn it on this morning, some errors appeared on the screen and suddenly it turns off. I tried to turn it up again but I failed. It seems that there is something wrong with the windows or may be the antivirus does not installed properly. I have check the battery and power connection.
I would appreciate it if you could fix this problem so that I can do my job. I have several ongoing or running projects and must meet some deadlines till next week. Besides, I have some important files and software on this laptop which means I am stuck without them.
I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours faithfully
Yalda Asgari
