In 1995, English housing agency sold its property for around ₤ 130,000, and increased by ₤ 70,000 in 2013. The capital city of England started the house prices at ₤ 200,000 before significantly rising up above ₤ 400,000 in 2013, which achieved the most biggest money spent on purchasing house.
From six regions in England, in 2013, the average housing price in London cost ₤400,000, much higher than in Midlands and North East. Homebuyers in the other three regions (South East, South West and North West) paid little less expensive by ₤ 50,000 each.
