The diagram depicts the procedure of manufacturing bricks for building purpose.
Apparently, the process starts with digging up the raw material, which is clay with the intervention of a digger. Then the clay is sieved through a metal grid onto a roller before being mixed with sand and water. After that, the mixture of three substances are uniformly shaped via two divergent way. Bricks can be form either by wire cutters or molds. Next, freshly molded blocked left in drying oven for 24-48 hours for excess water to vapor. This one to two days step followed by baking bricks in the kiln. The blocks are firstly fired in moderate temperature, ranging about from 200-980 Celsius. Then, they are transferred to a higher kiln whose temperature can climb to 890-1300 Celsius. After that, they are left rested in the cooling chamber for another 48-72 hours. When the heat all descend to room temperature, comes the packaging. And the final step is delivering to construction site.
