For the IT support survey, the percentage of full-time students who feel satisfied was at 54%, while the number of dissatisfied students was only 15%, and the number of students that were not completely happy accounted for 31%. In contrast, the number of part-time students who feel disappointed was 45%, while the percentage of students who felt satisfied was only 20% and the number of students that were not completely satisfied accounted for 35%.

Contrary to IT support, the number of full-time and part-time students who feel satisfied with the current opening hours account for 87% and 72% respectively, while the percentage from both full-time and part-time students who feel disappointed for service were 1% and 5%, respectively. Lastly, 12% of full-time students feel quite happy and 23% of part-time students feel the same for services.
