Essay topics:

The table shows the cost of water in 5 cities in Australia.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparison where relevant.

The table provides information regarding the amount of money that australian citizens in five specific countries including adelaide, perth, brisbane, sydney and melbourne have to pay for the use of water.

Generally, perth is where the average bill of water charged on each household is relatively higher than other cities whereas in melbourne, that is the cheapest amongst the five cities.

Particularly, residents in perth have to pay an average bill up to 332 dollars while in adelaide, brisbane and sydney, each household only pay from 310 to 319 dollar for the average bill.

To be more specificed, the cost of water is divided into two categories, one is for those uses up to 125 kiloliters and the other is for the use of over 125 kiloliters. In case of living in sydney or melbourne, people will pay the same price for the use of water at 0.98 and 0.78 dollar respectively not to mentioned the amount of water was used. australians in brisbane pay 0.81 dollar for the use of water that less than 125 kiloliters and 0.84 dollar if the amount of used water is more than that. However, different rates are used in adelaide and perth. 0.42 dollars will be paid if the used water was under 125 kiloliter but the cost of water charged on those who used over 125 kiloliters is 1.0 dollar and 1.5 respectively.
