In general, it is apparent that almost all three nations underwent a wild fluctuation throughout the examined period. However, it witnessed a positive rebound in house prices regarding country A, whereas the converse was true for the other countries till the end of the timeframe.
Looking at the graph, having recorded pretty similar house prices for the three countries in 1997, standing at roughly $125k, the average of house prices in country A remarked rising continually to reach around $175k in 2000. Noticeably, the figure experienced a rocketing increase to reach a peak at merely $525k in the next 3 years before falling considerably below the $500k line. Nevertheless, the average house prices recovered rapidly until the end of the period, making up nearly $625k.
Turning to the other countries, despite showing the same figure for house prices in 1997, there was a slight difference in the growth rate. The average house prices witnessed a dramatic increase in terms of country B to reach around $300k compared to a continual growth in country C hit close to $250k.
