As discussed in our last meeting I have looked into the complaints that are registered regarding the reception area. One of the most frequent complaints that have been received is that there are not ample amount of seating arrangements. Also, another cause for complaints is that the reception area is understaffed which often causes inconvenience to the visitors.
Coming to the importance of the reception area, I feel it represents the image of the company. Moreover, in research, it has been found that maximum clients judge a company's worth by the impression they get out of the reception and how the visitors are made comfortable.
Lastly, I have few suggestions after analyzing the complaints. One of the highest recommendations for improving the reception would be to add some additional seating arrangements. Another suggestion that is on the list is to hire a few more qualified receptionist and provide a small refreshment area. Please do let me know in case you need any further information.
