Dear Examinations Committee,
I am writing this letter in connection with my absence from the English exam taken on sixth of July. At first, I would like you accept my apology because of my absence as well as my procrastination in informing you.
I am Elham Mousavi with the student’s card 9900234 who are studying Biology in the master of science degree.
Unfortunately, the night before the exam, I severely became poison because the dinner in dormitory was deteriorated. Not only me, but some other students were hospitalized for almost three days. Because of this, I was not able to inform you soon.
Although I understand that the regulations will not authorize you to take me the final exam in other time, I would appreciate it if you consider this miserable situation and permit me to give my exam either in the exam center or in the office of Professor Tom, the lecturer of English course in any time you agree with it.
