Almost of the young people want to be successful in the future. Therefore, they are competing to be the best and supervisor is target. To be a boss we need ability is like soft skills which needs basis principles to be a good a boss. The basic principle is how to manage the other people suitable what the company needed. There are the essentially basic to become the best supervisor. In addition, there are some fundamental things that need to be considered when a boss becomes.
Firstly is equal treatment. Its means a supervisor always commit the same thing to all employees without difference. The equal treatment must be executed wherever so that employees can understand that nothing special treatment for other people.
Secondly is communication. Its means keep communication with our employee as the main priority. In the regularly always be neither meeting nor formal employee and informal to open this communication. Think how the way in order to employee talk, brave to ask, and give the argument. Always give motivation so that them enthusiastic to do duty. Beside that, integrity should have to be a boss. Why integrity is important in leadership? Because of integrity will give on our words and action.
