Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to inform you about some problems with a part-time job which for the position of a computer operator at your pencil factory. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate I am a student currently pursuing media studies from the University of Plymouth. since this is a full-time course and we are allowed part-time work for 3 hours per day so I took the part-time job of computer operator as I desperately needed money to support my studies since I come from a financially weak background. Although the job which I took was for a computer operator which included entry of data into the excel files, however, after a few weeks I was given the job of accounting and later on it was changed to sales. I wish to complain about the frequent change of roles which impacts my daily routine as well as my learning process about the system.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your notice that no such clause of frequent change in roles is mentioned in my offer letter hence I consider it unethical and unprofessional behaviour by management. Lastly, I would request you to look into this matter and assign me back to the computer operator position for which I was hired.
looking forward to your response and immediate action.
Yours sincerely
Saad
