And offer him/ her to visit your home with this family.

Hello Mr. Ryan,
Let me introduce myself. I am Joanna Meyers, victim of car accident that occurred last weekend on Smith Street. I got to know about your name and address from hospital records as they informed me that my medical expenses were paid by you. Futhermore, they also told me that you took me to their emergency ward from the accident site. If it was not for you, I would have not been alive today.
People like you are very rare in this world. I saw many of them passing by me as I lay helpless asking for aid after the Suzuki car driver hit me and drove off quickly. I hardly remember anything post this traumatic incident and became unconscious. The minute I opened my eyes, I saw myself in the recovery room of the hospital. I would like to express my gratitude for saving my life. I cannot express how thankful I am that you took me to the emergency ward on time from the remote site area.
Could you please make sometime next month and visit my residence since I have medical insurance and would like to pay back the amount. I would really appreciate if your family could also come to our home. I am sure everyone would love to hear about your heroic story.
Looking forward to meet you soon!
Yours truly
Joanna Meyers
