The charts show average levels of participation in education and the highest education level of adults from 2000 to 2010 in Singapore.
Those two charts illustrates the proportion of adult students in the educational system in Singapore in a certain time between the year two thousand to two thousand and ten, in addition to the percentage of students in each stage of education from the primary school to the master degree. Over all they were more male students, beside that the proportion of students in the essential stages decreased by the time. In general, there was a gradually change in the adult males numbers between the year 2000 to 2010, however there was a little increase in numbers of students as an average between 8 to 11 approximately, While there were a few changes in the adult female numbers, Although it was a stable situation in the year 2000 and 2002, besides it had a minor increase in 2004 and 2008 reached 9 approximately. One of the most prominent features in this data is that, while the essential stages in the education for instance primary, secondary, and high school were between a quarter to over a third approximately in the year 2000, the same stages decreased a lot in the year 2010 they were approximately between 2 and 9 percentage, furthermore the high stages like university and the master degree were approximately between 8 and over a quarter in the year 2000,eventually those stages increased highly to be over a third in the year 2010. To sum up, the numbers of male adults were constantly increasing, as well as the higher stages in education increased, in contrast the essential stages were diminished.
