Write a letter to your colleague asking for help in setting up the equipment for your presentation.
In your letter, you should:
- tell when and where the presentation will take place
- describe your arrangements
- tell him/her what equipment you need
Dear Mr. Roy,
I am writing this letter to seek help in getting the equipment for tomorrow's presentation in front of your business clients, director, and general manager. And, I hope your assistance would indeed be required as you have quite an experience of installing the necessary things for presentation.
The presentation will start in the late afternoon around 4 PM in conference room 1, Tower-1 Ground floor. The presentation will talk about the new business strategic planning to gain profit and increase revenue for the upcoming decade. Thus, I have prepared the necessary arrangements for our audience who will be taking part in tomorrow's meeting and seeing the presentation I prepared for them. Those arrangements will be coffee, drinks, and snacks after the presentation to take a small break and give time to relax and think about the business plan which they will be seeing from my presentation.
However, I am not fully prepared because I do not have the equipment to set up before my presentation in the conference room as I am busy preparing myself to give tomorrow's presentation. Therefore, I request you to please arrange the required hardware for the presentation such as wireless mike, speakers, and projectors. Plus, please make sure that the internet cables are working in the conference room as sometimes it doesn't work and we can have a backup plan to go to another meeting room.
I hope you will take care of tomorrow's equipment which is required for my presentation. See you in the meeting.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
